We continually review proposed and final legislation and changes in ruling and regulations. We then notify our clients and/or their advisors regarding changes that may be required.

Our computer system integrates the specifications required for individual plan and trust documentation with the data required for annual plan administration. This permits automated preparation of plan reporting forms, summary annual reports, allocation ledgers, participant benefit statement and actuarial reports. The system automatically tracks each plan from the initial request for data through transmittal of the final reporting forms.
